Background: Thad Fenton has photographed Plano football since 2006. He is the principal of Thad Fenton Photography. His son, Aaron, was a three-year letterwinner in football at Plano. Fenton has also photographed Plano hockey, softball and swimming teams.

Background: Brian Porter is a national award-winning writer and editor. He has covered Plano football since 2002 and football in the area since 1997, including six football state championship games. He covered the Plano boys basketball state championship and from 2002-2006 led the Plano Star Courier to state awards for excellence as the sports editor.
